✓ Preparation and submission of documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the Online
Platform.
✓ Prepare Offers to Govt/Private Companies/Institution etc
✓ Assist department with all documents support for online tender participation, liaison with
Govt/PSU/Corporate Departments for vendor registration, approvals and renewal.
✓ Attending the tender opening and pre-bid meeting when required.
✓ Preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantee’s like Bid security and
performance Bank guarantees. Meticulously following for getting back the BGs & DDs.
✓ Preparation of EMD and Bank Guarantee Statement.
✓ Preparing the tender comparative statement, proposals (technical & commercial), and
purchase order and receipt notes.
✓ Follow up vendor for timely deliveries
