HelpStudyAbroad is looking for a dynamic and experienced Overseas Education Counsellor Manager to lead and manage a high-performing counselling team while driving student enrollments and delivering an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 education counsellors to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Oversee the complete student lifecycle, including inquiry handling, counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, visa guidance, and final enrollment.
- Ensure high-quality, personalized counselling by guiding students on suitable courses, universities, and destinations such as the UK, European Countries and UAE or more.
- Monitor and track team performance metrics including lead management, follow-ups, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement effective counselling and sales strategies to improve overall team performance and conversion rates.
- Train, onboard, and continuously upskill counsellors on counselling techniques, product knowledge, CRM systems, and closing strategies.
- Review student applications, SOPs, and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong visa success outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and audience targeting.
- Manage escalations and complex student cases, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data, pipeline performance,



and team productivity to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience through timely communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving both individual and team targets.
- Stay updated with global education trends, visa regulations, and university requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Business, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in study abroad counselling
- Prior experience managing a team is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in overseas education counselling (atleast UK/UAE preferred)
- Target-driven mindset with strong sales acumen
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
