Job Title: Workday Consulting Extend Associate

Are you passionate about building innovative solutions on the Workday platform? We're looking for a Workday Consulting Extend Associate with robust technical expertise in Workday Extend and Workday integrations to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Workday Extend.
- Build custom solutions leveraging Workday Extend capabilities to meet business requirements.
- Develop and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Cloud Connect.
- Utilize PMD Scripting, Orchestration, and Model Components for application development.
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP Web Services for seamless integrations.
- Work with XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies to transform and exchange data.
- Create and optimize Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) reports for application and integration needs.
- Develop queries using Workday Query Language (WQL) and GraphQL.
- Understand and configure Workday model objects, business processes, and related components.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and provide production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications,



and knowledge transfer documents.
- Follow Workday development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Extend applications.
- Strong experience with at least 2–3 of the following technologies:
- PMD Scripting
- Orchestration
- Model Components
- REST and/or SOAP Web Services
- XML
- XSLT
- Workday Studio
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Workday Cloud Connect
- Strong understanding of Workday Data Modeling, including:
- Model Objects
- Model Business Processes
- Related Components
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday Query Language (WQL)
- GraphQL
- Report-as-a-Service (RaaS)
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting Workday applications and integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Extend or relevant Workday technical certification.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or other Workday modules.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience working in consulting, implementation, or AMS support environments.
