Position: Associate
Job Location: Fort, Mumbai
Desired Qualification: LawGraduate / Postgraduate
Desired Real Estate (Transaction) Experience: 4 - 7 years PQE
Must possess experience in working with law firms in Mumbai with ability to work in a
team and individually, and keenness to learn and share knowledge.
KRA:
o Analysing land & revenue documents, organizing searches and drafting title
reports.
o Drafting title investigation reports, deeds & documents such as Conveyance,
Sale Deeds, Deeds of Release and Transfer, Leave & License, Leases, and
such other closing documents concerning development and re-development of
immovable properties.
o Must have sound knowledge of laws relating to land and revenue, tenure
specific laws and schemes, testamentary, and related legislations.
