Job Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide exceptional clinical care and support to patients undergoing fertility treatments. The ideal candidate will provide expert clinical care, assist in advanced fertility procedures, and offer emotional support to create a positive and nurturing experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during fertility treatments, including monitoring, counseling, and procedural assistance.
- Administer medications as per treatment protocols and ensure accurate documentation.




- Assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as ultrasounds, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers.
- Educate patients about fertility treatments, medication protocols, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-friendly environment in compliance with clinic standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
- Ensure timely reporting and management of patient records using electronic health systems.
- Offer emotional support to patients throughout their fertility journey.

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state nursing council registration.
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (GNM) from a recognized institution.
- 2+ years of experience in fertility.
- Strong knowledge of reproductive health, fertility treatments, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
