About the Role

As our Recruitment Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind identifying, attracting, and hiring top digital talent across creative, strategy, tech, and performance teams. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment - from crafting job descriptions to onboarding the perfect fit - while constantly refining our hiring strategies to make them smarter, faster, and more effective.

What You'll Do

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that attract the best in digital marketing and creative roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.




- Maintain an active talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end - from first touchpoint to final offer.
- Analyze recruitment data and recommend process improvements.
- Stay up to date with digital industry trends and hiring best practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position Clevertize as a top creative workplace.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital roles - from performance marketing and strategy to design, content, and tech.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with job boards, social media recruiting, and hiring analytics.
- A team player with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
