The Assistant Teacher will support the class teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The role involves assisting in classroom activities, ensuring student well-being, and helping in the overall development of children.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the class teacher in planning and executing daily classroom activities
- Support children in learning basic skills like communication, motor skills, and social interaction
- Help maintain discipline and a positive classroom setting
- Ensure safety and hygiene of children at all times
- Assist in feeding, toileting, and general care (if required)
- Prepare and organize teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom materials
- Supervise children during playtime, lunch breaks, and school activities
- Help in maintaining student records and portfolios




- Communicate politely with parents when required
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and meetings

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferably with NTT/ECCE certification)
- Prior experience in pre-primary classes will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, warmth, and a caring attitude towards children
- Basic understanding of child development
