- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Strong skills in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaborative decision-making.
- Competence in tracking project progress and adapting plans to meet changing requirements.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Avanade Scrum Project Management.
