We are looking for a Telecaller to handle incoming & outgoing leads, explain our services, and convert leads into confirmed appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads provided by the company
- Explain appointment-related services clearly
- Convert interested callers into confirmed clients
- Follow up with existing leads
- Maintain basic call records and client details
- Coordinate with the internal team when required
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Punjabi & Hindi
- Polite, confident, and convincing calling style
- Ability to understand client requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer operations (calling software, WhatsApp, simple data entry)
- Knowledge of CRM software for lead management, follow-ups, and updating customer records
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / customer support / appointment booking required
- Valuable communication skills in Punjabi & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of CRM software and maintaining customer records will be preferred
