- Inventory Management: Maintain exact logs of all incoming and outgoing technical hardware.
- System Logging: Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Issue Notes in ERPs like SAP.
- Stock Control: Apply FIFO/LIFO rules to minimize tech obsolescence and manage minimum/maximum buffer stock.
- Asset Allocation: Hand out laptops, phones, and peripherals to employees based on approved internal tickets.
- Vendor & Defect Routing: Flag non-conformance reports (NCRs) and manage warranty returns with external hardware vendors.
- Auditing: Perform regular physical stock counts and cycle audits to match physical inventory against software records.
- Security & Safety: Enforce warehouse safety, cleanliness, and strict data asset security standards. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Graduate degree or a professional diploma in Material Management or Supply Chain.
- Software Competency: Practical experience using Enterprise Resource Planning systems, specifically SAP MM module.
- Data Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for compiling Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT components, specifications, and hardware lifecycles.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
