Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS & Data Analyst who can manage reporting, analyze business data, create dashboards, and support management with actionable insights. The ideal candidate should be robust in Excel, data interpretation, and analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Maintain and update operational, financial, and business data dashboards.

Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all reports.

Data Analysis

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business operations.

Conduct variance analysis, productivity analysis, and performance metrics tracking.

Dashboard & Automation

Develop automated reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Improve existing reporting formats by enhancing visualization and accuracy.

Reduce manual reporting through formulas, macros, and automation techniques.

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with internal teams to gather required data and clarify discrepancies.





Support management in presentations and analytical summaries.

Assist in developing KPIs, performance trackers, and analytical models.

Data Management

Ensure proper data validation, structuring, and documentation.

Maintain secure and accessible records of historical data and business metrics.

Identify reporting gaps and suggest improvements in data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, analytics, or data analysis.

Strong command over Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros).

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy and speed.

Good communication and coordination skills.
