Job Title: Business Executive – Truck Sales

Job Summary:

The Business Executive is responsible for promoting and selling BharatBenz trucks, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves extensive field visits, customer acquisition, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.

Meet transporters, fleet owners, contractors, logistics companies, and institutional customers.

Promote BharatBenz truck features, financing options, and after-sales services.

Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales.

Coordinate with finance,



insurance, registration, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle handover.

Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities and submit regular sales reports.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline .

2–6 years of experience in commercial vehicle or automobile sales.

Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
