Should have prior experience of quantity estimation/survey/Take Off for different services/packages under MEP works.
- Must have experience in QS and Billing works related to electrical, HVAC, FF, etc.
- Must have working/expertise knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire-fighting, IT services/packages under MEP works.
- Valuable understand of design engineering, value engineering etc.
- Should have experience of working with MEP Drawings.
- Should be able to Monitor and control project cost estimates and ensure that the right specification in line with approved designs is deployed on the projects.
- Knowledge of MEP construction and subcontracting (electrical and controls preferred).
