1. Patient Assessment & Treatment

- · Evaluate patient condition, posture, mobility and functional limitations
- · Design individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
- · Provide rehabilitation for:
- . Post-surgical patients
- . Stroke & neurological conditions
- .Orthopedic injuries
- . Geriatric mobility issues
- · Monitor pain levels, ROM, strength and functional progress

2. Home Care Visits (Field Work)

- · Conduct physiotherapy sessions at patient homes as per schedule
- · Travel across assigned areas for patient visits
- · Ensure safe handling, transfers and positioning of patients
- · Train caregiver’s / family members for exercise continuation
- · Attend follow-ups and emergency visits if required

3. Documentation & Reporting

- · Maintain daily treatment notes and progress records
- · Update patient files after every visit
- · Record vitals and rehabilitation outcomes
- · Escalate red-flag symptoms or non-progress to clinical team

4. Patient & Family Education





- · Explain therapy goals and recovery expectations
- · Encourage compliance with exercises and precautions
- · Provide posture and lifestyle modification guidance

5. Equipment & Safety

- · Use therapy equipment safely (TENS, IFT, CPM, mobility aids etc.)
- · Follow infection control and hygiene protocols
- · Ensure fall-prevention and patient safety standards

Required Skills

- · Positive clinical reasoning & rehabilitation planning
- · Communication and patient counselling skills
- · Ability to work independently in field / home settings
- · Compassionate and patient-centric approach
