Job Title: Shopify E-commerce Executive (1+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Shopify store.
- Create and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
- Handle order fulfillment and shipping coordination.
- Ensure website content is accurate and up to date.
- Optimize product listings for better visibility and conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and resolve product-related issues.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure a smooth customer shopping experience.

Required Skills





- 1+ years of experience in Shopify store management.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin Panel.
- Experience in product listing and catalog management.
- Knowledge of inventory and order management.
- Valuable understanding of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
