Thanima Foods is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales, expand our dealer and distributor network, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience in the FMCG industry and be capable of achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for quick resolution.
- Submit daily sales reports and visit reports.
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager and sales team to achieve business goals.
- Promote current product launches and company schemes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of FMCG field sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the local market is preferred.
