Job Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight of multiple audits and the development of the audit team by:

- Leading high-profile audit engagements and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Allocating resources effectively and overseeing the execution of audit plans.
- Reviewing and signing off on audit reports, focusing on significant findings.
- Providing mentorship and development opportunities for Audit Managers and junior staff.
- Engaging with clients to discuss audit results and recommend process improvements.
- Monitoring industry changes and updating audit methodologies as necessary.
- Ensuring value addition to the client and excellence in every assignment.
- Keeping your knowledge up to date and conduct Seminars/trainings for clients/articles and managers as and when required.
- Informing the Reporting Partner of all the critical/significant issues regarding the clients you are managing.
