Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: Chevayur, Kozhikode (In office)
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday & Sunday Off)
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 30000-48000 – Based on Skills & Experience

Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage the Accounts & Finance function by ensuring statutory compliance, accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and efficient financial operations that support Aifer's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, PF, PT, TDS, etc.)
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and perform variance analysis
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fund management
- Support leadership with financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities




- Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls and cost optimization initiatives

Requirements

- MBA (Finance) / CMA / M.Com – Mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the EdTech industry is MANDATORY
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext (Frappe) and Advanced MS Excel is mandatory
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Age Limit: Up to 38 years
