GoKite Travel & Tours is hiring a Global Visa Consultant – B2C Sales for our Mumbai branch. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel or visa services, robust sales skills, and knowledge of global visa processes. This role involves assisting individual customers with visa applications, providing expert guidance, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and generate sales through walk-ins, calls, and online leads.
- Provide visa guidance, documentation support, and quotations.
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth visa processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Requirements

- 2+ years of B2C sales experience in travel, tourism, or visa services.
- Knowledge of global visa procedures and documentation.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to convert leads into sales.
