Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of business development executives.
- Set explicit performance goals and monitor daily/weekly productivity of the team.
- Motivate and coach team members to ensure high engagement and low attrition.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance analysis.
