THRIVEX FITNESS is a modern fitness center committed to helping members achieve their health and fitness goals through state-of-the-art equipment, certified trainers, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Receptionist to be the face of our gym.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome members and visitors with a qualified and friendly attitude.
- Handle membership inquiries and explain membership plans and offers.
- Assist with new member registrations and renewals.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain member records.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain attendance records and daily reports.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements.
- Promote gym offers and assist in achieving membership targets.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)



or Graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and computer operations.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
