We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to manage a specific kitchen section and ensure the preparation of high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in Turkish, Indian, or Tandoor cuisine, with a strong focus on food quality, consistency, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Manage the assigned kitchen section efficiently during service.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and portion control.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Train and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the kitchen team about replenishment needs.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow all company policies, kitchen procedures,
and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant.
- Expertise in Turkish, Indian, or Tandoor cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Positive leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
