- Manage the Patient Care Services on a daily basis (In- Patient, Out- Patient)
- Handle inquiries personally to guarantee accurate and courteous contact, and provide all pertinent information.
- Establish a valuable line of communication between the patient and medical team.
- Ensures service quality by creating and enforcing organizational standards.
- Ensure proactive and responsive service in person, by telephone, and via mail.
