Job Summary

College Forum is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives for Student Counseling. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding colleges, courses, admissions, and career opportunities through calls and follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding colleges, courses, and admissions.
- Handle student queries professionally over calls.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain records.
- Build strong communication and positive relationships with students.
- Assist students in understanding career opportunities and admission procedures.

Skills Required





- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, positive, and qualified attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of colleges/courses will be an added advantage.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
