Job Purpose

To assist in the efficient dispatch of goods by coordinating with the warehouse, logistics team, and transporters, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispatch Coordination
- Assist in planning and scheduling daily dispatches as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing, loading, and dispatch of materials.
- Documentation
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as Delivery Challans, Invoices,



E-way Bills, and Packing Lists.
- Maintain proper records of dispatch documents and transport details.
- Transport Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and timely shipment of goods.
- Ensure dispatch details are shared with transporters and drivers.
- Shipment Tracking
- Track dispatched materials and update the logistics team or customers regarding shipment status.
- Follow up with transporters for delivery confirmation.
- Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure availability of goods for dispatch.
- Assist in resolving dispatch-related discrepancies.
