Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in patients, telephone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Explain the clinic's treatments, services, and packages to prospective patients.
- Follow up with enquiries to convert them into consultations and treatments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic management software.
- Handle patient feedback, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain daily enquiry, consultation, follow-up, and conversion reports.
- Assist with billing coordination and payment follow-ups when required.
- Support marketing campaigns, referral programs, and promotional activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction at all times.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Patient Coordination, Front Office, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, or wellness industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Fluency in Malayalam and English.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and clinic CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
