About the Role

The Finishing Manager will oversee all chemical and mechanical finishing operations for velvet fabrics, ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and timely development of customer samples.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage chemical and mechanical finishing operations.
- Handle brushing, shearing, steaming, stenter, calendaring, embossing, coating, and finishing processes.
- Develop and approve finishing parameters.
- Coordinate sample development based on design requirements.
- Optimize finishing recipes.
- Improve production efficiency.
- Ensure shade consistency and product quality.
- Coordinate with Quality, Design, and Production departments.
- Resolve finishing defects.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Textile Engineering/Diploma.
- 8–12 years of finishing experience.
- Solid knowledge of velvet finishing.
- Experience with finishing machinery.
- Team handling experience.

Pay: ₹83,333.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
