The ideal candidates should demonstrate the following capabilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Solutioning and configuring Zenoti or similar ERP SaaS platforms to align with customer business processes
- Designing and executing POCs and pilot implementations for large or high-priority customers
- Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Strong expertise in data migration, data mapping, and validation
- Ability to identify risks and proactively drive mitigation plans
- Effective handling of customer issues and expectation management
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and adherence to defined processes
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–7 years of experience in software implementation projects
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Working knowledge of database systems
- Ability to use scripts and tools for data transformation
- Experience working with legacy system data structures and migration techniques
- Basic knowledge of HTML/Web design (good to have)
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects evaluation.
