Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup & Operation: Perform machine setup, including mounting fixtures, loading raw materials, and selecting appropriate cutting tools.
- Program Execution & Editing: Run 3-axis (or 4/5-axis) CNC programs, make basic offset adjustments, and edit G-codes/M-codes (Fanuc, Mitsubishi) to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) to verify dimensions against blueprints and maintain required tolerances.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (coolant checks, lubrication) and troubleshoot minor operational issues to minimize downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in VMC operation.
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical drawings, GD&T;, and cutting tools.
