We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Mutual Fund Executive to join our team in Fort, Mumbai. In this role, you will work closely with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mutual fund solutions to help grow and protect their wealth.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through mutual fund investments, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining high standards of service and transparency. You will be part of a dynamic team that values trust, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

- Proactively contacting new and existing clients to arrange meetings in office settings or at clients’ homes and business premises.
- Gathering and reviewing all required documentation to support the financial data-gathering process.
- Conducting comprehensive reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, existing arrangements, and short- and long-term objectives.
- Analysing client information and preparing tailored financial plans aligned with individual needs and goals.
- Completing detailed risk profiling and suitability assessments.
- Researching the financial marketplace to identify appropriate products and services, and presenting relevant options to clients.
- Designing and implementing customized financial strategies.
- Supporting and guiding clients to make informed financial decisions.




- Conducting research using multiple sources, including financial product providers and market intelligence.
- Regularly reviewing client portfolios and responding to changes in financial circumstances or objectives.
- Promoting and selling financial products in line with agreed or negotiated sales targets.
- Proactively updating clients on recent financial products, market developments, and regulatory or legislative changes affecting their investments and savings.
- For mutual fund–only clients, cross-selling related services, including trading accounts and insurance solutions.

- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Freshers with experience or exposure to financial markets
