About the role: We are looking for an experienced and reliable Store Manager to oversee day-to-day retail operations at Ganesh Enterprises. In this role, you will be responsible for leading store staff, driving sales targets, managing inventory, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a high-volume retail franchise environment.

What You'll Do:

- Oversee overall daily store operations, staff management, and sales performance.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with supply chain/vendors for timely replenishment.
- Lead, train, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure brand visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and stock display standards are strictly maintained.
- Handle daily cash operations, billing management, sales reporting, and customer grievance resolution.

Who Should Apply:

- 4–5 years of proven experience in retail management, specifically handling retail franchise stores.
- Robust knowledge of retail operations, stock inventory management, and POS/billing software systems.




- Native or local experience working within Kolkata's retail markets.
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and functional English communication.
- Strong leadership, staff handling, and customer dispute resolution skills.

Location: Cotton Street, MG Road, Kolkata

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
