About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in MERN/MEAN stack development and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack.
- Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Architect and implement robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Manage application deployment, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and project execution.

Required Technical SkillsFull Stack Development

- Strong experience with React.js and/or Angular.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database design.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).

DevOps & Cloud





- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Datadog.

Version Control & Development Practices

- Strong knowledge of Git and branching strategies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing.

Leadership Skills

- Ability to lead and mentor developers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in task planning, estimation, and delegation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive technical discussions and architectural decisions.
- Ownership mindset with focus on delivery and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
- Knowledge of serverless architecture.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations and modern cloud-native applications.
- Experience in performance tuning and security best practices.
