Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Telephonic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers through outbound calls, recovering abandoned carts and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Roles & Responsibilities –

· Make outbound sales calls to convert leads into confirmed orders.

· Follow up on abandoned carts and recover pending or dropped orders.

· Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue and increase Average Order Value (AOV).

· Build strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups and personalized interactions.

· Resolve customer objections and provide suitable product recommendations.

· Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM with call outcomes and follow-up details.





· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer experience.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

Must Have -

· 2-3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Telecalling.

· Experience in Apparel, Non-Apparel, Retail, or eCommerce sales.

· Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

· Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

· Proven ability to achieve sales targets and recover abandoned carts.

· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.

· Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
