We are looking for a dedicated CRM executive to oversee the integration and management of all client projects on the Go High-Level platform, ensuring streamlined CRM operations and delivering exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM system.
- Ensure all inquiries from the website, social media, and other marketing channels are accurately recorded.
- Assign leads to the Business Development team and monitor their progress.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp as required.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Digital Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure timely lead management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Maintain data accuracy by identifying and removing duplicate or incomplete records.
- Track the status of leads from inquiry to conversion.
- Support the team in improving CRM processes and maintaining data quality.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to customer relationship management.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
