Divine Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth shop-floor operations, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise daily production activities and manpower allocation
✅ Monitor production output and ensure timely completion of work
✅ Maintain quality standards and reduce production defects
✅ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
✅ Prepare production and shift reports
✅ Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
✅ Resolve shop-floor issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

✔ Basic knowledge of production/manufacturing processes
✔ Positive communication and leadership skills
✔ Ability to manage shop-floor workforce
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Local candidates preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
