Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager for our Proprietary HR - Tied Agency division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes for our tied agency channel. This role involves collaborating closely with agency leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the tied agency.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of agency personnel.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Partner with agency leaders to assess performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and resolve any HR-related issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve workforce effectiveness.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes engagement and retention.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, particularly in the insurance sector.
- Proven experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
