DESIGNATION/ TITLE

Sales Engineer – Textile

LOCATION

Surat (Local candidate preferred)

Mumbai (Freshers allowed)

JOB OBJECTIVE

Promote textile products, support customer accounts, and assist in techno‑commercial discussions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles and Responsibilities:

The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:

- Meet customers & present textile machinery solutions.
- Support sales conversions via techno‑commercial discussions.




- Manage customer queries & follow‑up regularly.
- Maintain CRM entries for all field activities.
- Generate new leads & assist ongoing projects.
- Participate in demos, exhibitions & customer visits.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

5+ years (Weaving preferred).

Freshers allowed for Mumbai

COMPETENCIES

Technical

- Basic technical knowledge of weaving machinery.

- Ability to understand textile production processes.
- CRM usage & sales documentation skills.
- Positive analytical and troubleshooting ability.

Behavioral

- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑centric approach.
- Ability to learn quickly & adapt.
- Regional language fluency (mandatory for Surat).
- Positive attitude & willingness to travel.
- Willing to travel extensively

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION

Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology / Manufacturing
