Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP.
- Verify and record all purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Monitor project-wise accounting and profitability.
- Reconcile bank accounts, debtors, creditors, and advances.

GST & Taxation

- Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns).
- GST reconciliation and Input Tax Credit monitoring.
- Handling GST notices and departmental queries.
- TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliation.

Banking & Finance

- Coordination with banks for:
- OD/CC Limits
- Bank Guarantees
- LC Documentation
- Term Loans
- Preparation of CMA Data and financial statements for banks.

Project Accounting

- Site-wise expense monitoring.
- Project profitability analysis.
- Work Order and Purchase Order accounting.
- Monitoring of retention money, advances, and receivables.

Compliance & Audit

- Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors, and Internal Auditors.
- Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.




- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and financial regulations.

MIS & Reporting

- Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
- Cash Flow Statement preparation.
- Fund flow planning and working capital management.
- Submission of management reports to Directors.

Team Management

- Supervise junior accountants and accounts assistants.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
- Train and guide team members.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Excellent command over GST, TDS, Income Tax.
- Expertise in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in ERP software preferred.
- Knowledge of EPC, Electrical, Infrastructure, Construction, or Government Contract accounting preferred.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹14,282.17 - ₹45,431.50 per month
