Job Description – Soft Skills Trainer

Position: Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on communication, personality development, teamwork, leadership, and interview skills.
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules and activities.
- Assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and placement readiness programs.
- Mentor students to improve confidence and professional behavior.
- Coordinate with departments for training schedules and requirements.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (MBA/English/Psychology preferred).
- Relevant experience in soft skills or corporate training.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid interpersonal and motivational abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
