Selected employee’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls and follow up with potential leads to drive sales.

2. Convert leads into customers and handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Live chat, and Email.

3. Track customer interactions manage lead data,



and support sales reporting activities.

4. Handle inbound customer queries and provide excellent support.

5. Execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, email marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
