Job Summary

The Sub-Contracting Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all subcontracting activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency. This role acts as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors/subcontractors.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Coordinate with subcontractors for production, services, or project execution.
- Issue work orders, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
- Track material movement to and from subcontractors.
- Monitor subcontractor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.
- Ensure all subcontracting activities comply with company policies and contractual terms.
- Maintain accurate records of subcontracting transactions and documentation.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Collaborate with quality and inspection teams for approvals.
- Resolve issues related to delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on subcontracting status, costs, and vendor performance.

Qualifications and Skills





- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in subcontracting, procurement, or vendor coordination.
- Qualification : DME / BE - Mech & Relevant
- Experience in Tally is preferred.
- Familiar with Excel, Word, and any relevant Office Software.
- Able to maintain documents.
