Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Assamese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Lead generation and customer engagement experience.
- Ability to handle objections and customer concerns effectively.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
