Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students, providing information about study abroad opportunities, and encouraging them to attend counselling sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 60–70 outbound calls daily to prospective students
- Connect with leads and provide accurate information about overseas education programs
- Understand student requirements and guide them accordingly
- Convince and schedule students for counselling sessions
- Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
- Follow up with interested students to ensure conversions

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or a similar role




- Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle targets and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of study abroad processes is a plus

Preferred Skills:

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with student

Note: Candidates should be comfortable working Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
