As an Executive Recruitment, you will support day-to-day HR Recruitment operations and assist in managing the candidates and applications. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in Recruitment and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely candidate follow-ups and a seamless hiring experience.
- Assist in campus hiring, internship drives, and employer branding initiatives.




- Support bulk and lateral hiring requirements while maintaining recruitment records and confidentiality.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers and interns are welcome to apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
