Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D/3D plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts.
- Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and site teams for project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Visit project sites for supervision and progress monitoring.
- Assist in material selection, cost estimation, and project planning.
- Review and approve construction drawings and specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).




- Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and regulations.
- Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of Vastu principles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Site execution experience will be an added advantage.

Salary:

As per industry standards + performance incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
