Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Meta Ads & Website Handling Associate to manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns while ensuring our website remains updated, user-friendly, and performance-driven. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital advertising, website content management, conversion tracking, and performance analysis to support lead generation and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:L

Meta Ads Management

- Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to maximize ROAS and reduce cost per lead.
- Conduct audience research, custom audience creation, lookalike audience setup, and retargeting campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.

Website Management

- Update website content, banners, landing pages, blogs, and product/service information.
- Ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
- Monitor website performance and coordinate with developers for technical improvements.
- Implement Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event setup.
- Confirm orders placed on the website and process them for dispatch.
- Maintain website SEO fundamentals, including metadata, image optimization, and content updates.





Analytics & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and website conversions.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills

- Experience managing Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversion API is preferred.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Meta advertising and website management.
- Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing certifications are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with landing page creation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
