Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Skill India Trainer / Skill Development Executive to deliver industry-relevant training programs under the Skill India Mission. The candidate will be responsible for training students, maintaining training records, conducting assessments, coordinating placements, and ensuring compliance with Skill India, NSDC, and Sector Skill Council guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training as per the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment schedules.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and learning progress.
- Conduct theory and practical assessments.
- Maintain student documentation, reports, and training records.
- Coordinate with placement partners to support student employment.
- Ensure compliance with Skill India, NSDC, and Sector Skill Council standards.
- Organize workshops, career guidance sessions, and skill development activities.
- Track placement outcomes and submit periodic reports.
- Support mobilization activities and student counseling.

Required Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline (Diploma or Certification in Skill Development preferred).
- Relevant certification from NSDC/SSC or Training of Trainers (ToT) is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in training, vocational education, or skill development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Knowledge of Skill India, NSDC, PMKVY, or related government skill programs.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and online reporting).
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Skill India, PMKVY, NSDC, or vocational training institutes.
- Experience in student counseling and placement coordination.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and online assessments.

Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
