Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to manage client relationships, generate leads, and drive sales through both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, have a customer-centric approach, and be willing to travel for business meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end client communication and relationship management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with recent and existing customers.
- Generate leads by inviting and engaging prospective clients through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Present jewelry collections professionally to clients, both virtually and during face-to-face meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events, and client meetings.
- Stay updated with the latest jewelry trends, customer preferences, and market developments.




- Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's brand image at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, retail, luxury products, or the jewelry industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Confident in presenting products to customers.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms for customer engagement and lead generation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates proficient in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) will be given preference.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
- Willingness to travel for official work as and when required.
