Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Freshers – BBA or MBA graduates to join our team as Vendor Coordinators. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in supply chain and vendor management in the fast-paced cosmetic and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Coordinate with vendors for procurement of raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
✔Maintain and update vendor database, contracts, and communications.
✔Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory needs.
✔Support vendor performance evaluation and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
✔Assist in negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
✔Collaborate with the purchase, production, and quality teams to ensure timely material availability.
✔Maintain documentation and reports using MS Excel and ERP tools.

Qualifications:
Education:
✔BBA or MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
✔Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome

Hard Skills:




✔Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP software
✔Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
✔Documentation and reporting skills

Soft Skills:
✔Robust communication and negotiation abilities

Preferred Experience:
✔Internship or academic project experience in procurement, vendor management, or operations is a plus
