Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer Fresher to join our team. The candidate will assist in production, quality, and maintenance activities while gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production planning and execution as per schedule.
- Perform basic inspection of raw materials and finished products.
- Support in monitoring machine operations and maintaining records.
- Prepare daily reports related to production, quality, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and shop floor workers for smooth operations.
- Follow quality standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes (preferred).
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Khardi, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
